The theme of the 2014 conference was Adoption & Culture, and was used as an opportunity to explore culturally relevant and accessible approaches to adoption and child protection strategies in South Africa. On 11 and 12 November, NACSA’s National Executive Committee and Provincial Coordinators gathered together in Johannesburg in order review where we have come as a coalition since it’s inception and prioritise and plan for 2014. On the 12th, we also met with our media partners to go over media and awareness campaigns.

The second National Adoption Coalition workshop was held on the 8th & 9th of October 2012 at Montecasino in Johannesburg.
